RASASC (Guildford) - Give Your Support

RASASC Logo The Rape And Sexual Abuse Support Centre (RASASC) is a UK Registered Charity based in Guildford, Surrey, founded in 1992 with the aim of helping male and female survivors of rape or sexual abuse. Clients can talk to us in confidence using our Phone Helpline or through attending individual counselling sessions or our same-sex Self-Help Group Meetings.

We also produce advice and guidance leaflets and perform 'outreach work', visiting statutory and voluntary organisations and community groups to talk about the work of the centre. But we are not government-funded. We exist only by means of occasional grants and business sponsorships, public donations, income from providing counselling sessions and the proceeds of events organised by friends and supporters. We need your support too:

By volunteering

We are a dedicated and supportive group of individuals needing more male and female volunteers to assist our services and activities. Can you help us? We train new volunteers on a regular basis and provide ongoing support for their development.

By donations

Read about several easy ways to donate any amount (large or small) to our charity organisation.

You can also assist us by sponsoring our activities - on a business basis or at a personal level.

By fundraising

We organise events to help raise funds on a regular basis. Read about recent and forthcoming RASASC events.

Our latest event:
CHARITY GLIDING DAY
Kenley - Mon 5 May

Help is also wanted with fundraising throughout the year and/or to assist in planning and organising events. If you've never suffered sexual violence at the hands of someone else, please nevertheless consider offering some assistance or making a voluntary donation. Every contribution helps a victim to become a survivor.
