Our administrative office handles non-personal issues and general public enquiries. It also assists our network of trustees, trained support volunteers, donors and sponsors, and liaises with other organisations in public and private sectors but it is separate from our helpline - the office's ability to respond to any individual crisis concerns is necessarily limited to that of onward referral only.
