Counselling: Support Sessions
for Partners & Close Family

The partner or family of a survivor often feels completely at a loss to know how to deal with issues that arise as a consequence of disclosure of rape or sexual abuse. For such relatives, an opportunity to talk through their concerns and anxieties with a family support worker can be of great help to all concerned.

We offer support counselling sessions for partners and/or close family relatives of survivors according to need, either as a one-off session or as a set of up to three sessions (this being in our experience the maximum number necessary for fully effective support and guidance).

A support counselling session is 50 minutes in length.
Bookable on a one-off basis or as a set of up to three sessions.

Our SUPPORT SESSIONS occur:
In the centre of Guildford, Surrey
(days/times can be advised upon enquiry).

Counselling fees are set on a sliding scale:
Expected donations are from £10 to £35
depending on the family's income circumstances
but no one will be turned away for lack of funds.

Strict confidentiality is maintained at all times.

If you have counselling needs that you wish to discuss please call our Helpline.
