Individual Counselling

Any man or woman over the age of 16 affected by rape or sexual abuse and in need of counselling can ask to attend our individual counselling sessions (sometimes called Face to Face Sessions). Upon a request for counselling we arrange to meet the person for a free initial assessment, so as to determine whether or not counselling is likely to prove helpful at this point in time.

If you are under 16 we cannot provide counselling sessions but can recommend a private counsellor (who works in accordance with separate legal provisions for minors).

To request counselling please call our Helpline, or if you have counselling needs that you wish to discuss in depth please contact our Counselling Manager.

An individual counselling session is 50 minutes in length.
Bookable as a single session or as part of an agreed series.
