Partner/Family CounsellingThe partner or family of a survivor often feels completely at a loss to know how to deal with issues that arise as a consequence of disclosure of rape or sexual abuse. For such relatives, an opportunity to talk through their concerns and anxieties with a family support worker can be of great help to all concerned. We offer support counselling sessions for partners and/or close family relatives of survivors according to need, either as a one-off session or as a set of up to three sessions (this being in our experience the maximum number necessary for fully effective support and guidance).
