RASASC is a UK Registered Charity based in Guildford, Surrey, founded in 1992 to help male and female survivors of rape or sexual abuse. Clients calling our confidential Phone Helpline or attending our counselling sessions can talk to us in safety.

Partner/Family Counselling

The partner or family of a survivor often feels completely at a loss to know how to deal with issues that arise as a consequence of disclosure of rape or sexual abuse. For such relatives, an opportunity to talk through their concerns and anxieties with a family support worker can be of great help to all concerned.

We offer support counselling sessions for partners and/or close family relatives of survivors according to need, either as a one-off session or as a set of up to three sessions (this being in our experience the maximum number necessary for fully effective support and guidance).

To request counselling please call our Helpline, or if you have counselling needs that you wish to discuss in depth please contact our Counselling Manager.
